We are currently looking for student candidates who can work 16 hours per week during the semesters and up to full-time in the summer and other breaks. The shifts vary between short and long hours and are scheduled both day and night, Monday to Sunday. The position is based in Fosie, Malmö. To be considered for the position, we prefer that you have at least two years left in your studies and can start immediately. In the role of laboratory assistant, you will be responsible for several different stations in the lab, thus requiring a longer training period.

Your daily activities will include:

• Performing bacteriological sampling and cultures
• Measuring pH levels
• Sampling and analysis of fat and protein content
• Sensory testing and evaluation of dairy products
• Accurate documentation of work processes
• Collaboration and communication with various departments within the company

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You are currently a student with at least 2 years left in your studies
• You have a strong interest in areas such as biology, chemistry, or food production
• You are flexible and can be available to work at short notice, as well as full-time during breaks and summer

• A fondness for dairy products, as sensory evaluations are part of the job
